RE: Balance: Update 0.24.1

In the new RE: Balance, the creators of the team-based shooter Caliber buffed some of the not-so-popular operators to bring them back into the action. They’ve added the auto-fire upgrade for Bard, completely reworked Sztylet’s firing, and made Corsair, Starkaðr, and Martelo’s firing more comfortable.
