Music games had their boom during the Playstation 2 era, where these type of titles were synonymous with Guitar Hero and Rock Band, experiences where you would use a plastic guitar to follow along with the music on-screen. Music games continued into the Playstation 3/Xbox 360, but a market saturated with these titles led to the fad dying down. The great thing about Music games is that you don't need any external accessories, only your sense of rhythm and a beat. Time to tap with your feet with our category of Music games!
