We already know the release date of Caelum

Update 3.9 "Caelum" is scheduled to be released on September 12!

This update brings a number of new features to the previously released DLC, including a habitat rework, trade rebalance, softening of the leader cap, and new features, in addition to a host of other bug fixes, AI, and performance improvements.
