A look at Path of Exile’s 3.14.2 Patch

The team behind Path of Exile will be releasing Patch 3.14.2 later this week, so as an appetizer they provided a preview of the changes we can expect.
Some of the changes include rebalancing some modifiers and attacks and fixes to various bugs, including crashes.
