In "City" mode, watch your Crime City come alive every time you succeed in pulling off a heist, escape from the cops or defeat a rival gang. Watch out though, there's a police officer around every corner itching to make a name for themselves, or a rival gang keen to strip you of your territory.
Get rid of the bad guys or come up with heists that will make you rich in "Campaign" mode. Can you rob a bank, then manage to escape from the cops? Are you tough enough to beat the rival boss and become the Big Boss of the city?
