Horror meets K-pop in Dead by Daylight with a collaboration as eerie as it is hypnotic

18/03/2026 - 12:45

The Dead by Daylight universe expands once again with a mold-breaking update that merges two seemingly opposite worlds. Under the All-Kill: Comeback event, the game introduces a new chapter rich in narrative, aesthetics, and music, where K-pop becomes the perfect vessel to amplify the horror.

The heart of this update revolves around the return of The Trickster, one of the game's most charismatic Killers, whose legacy is now extended by the arrival of MiNA—a virtual idol who translates his essence into entirely new territory. What begins as a creative project soon spirals into something much darker, reinforcing a narrative where fame, obsession, and violence intertwine.

Enter Kwon Tae-Young, the new Survivor, whose story is directly tied to MiNA’s creation. Designed as a successful figure within the music industry, his role adds an extra layer to the lore, showing how a seemingly harmless idea can transform into a nightmare. This type of storytelling, increasingly present in Dead by Daylight, strengthens the connection between characters and in-game events.

The release is accompanied by "NO ESCAPE," a track performed by Kevin Woo that serves as the centerpiece of this collaboration. The song is more than just a promotional add-on: it encapsulates the event's tone, blending pop's shimmer with a disturbing atmosphere that fits perfectly within the game's universe. Produced by the award-winning Damon Sharpe, the track reinforces the duality between spectacle and horror.

Beyond the narrative and musical components, the content includes the Delusion Map, a new setting designed to heighten tension and deception—key elements in every trial. Everything is crafted to offer an experience that goes beyond traditional gameplay, leaning into a distinct visual and auditory identity.

With this collaboration, Dead by Daylight proves once again its ability to reinvent itself and surprise its community, integrating cultures and styles that, on paper, shouldn't fit… yet here, they work with haunting perfection.

Now, the question is inevitable: will you let yourself be carried away by the rhythm of this dark spectacle, or will you try to survive a nightmare where fame can be fatal?
