Delta Force’s Asgard Trailer Reveals Fenrir, a Weapon Charm That Howls After Eliminations

Delta Force is adding the Asgard Deluxe Charm series on 10 November 2026, when Season Aurora begins. The official trailer singles out Fenrir, the hidden charm in the collection. It has two effects tied to combat: flames appear when you fire, and a wolf howl plays when you eliminate an enemy. The reveal gives Fenrir its own moment ahead of a season that also introduces Assault operator Martelo, the Zenith Port map and a reworked Brakkesh.

Fenrir reacts to both firing and eliminations

The 39-second trailer has a clear focus: what happens when you take Fenrir into a fight. Firing triggers the visual effect, while securing an elimination triggers the sound. That gives the charm two distinct cues in combat, rather than reserving its effects for a weapon inspection. Team Jade presents Fenrir as a cosmetic; the reveal doesn’t describe any changes to damage, handling or other weapon stats.

The howl is also a direct reference to the charm’s namesake. In Norse mythology, Fenrir is the giant wolf the gods bind until Ragnarök. Asgard gives the collection its wider Norse theme, but Fenrir is the only charm singled out in the trailer description. The announcement confirms what the hidden variant does without spelling out the rest of the lineup.

How do you unlock Fenrir in Delta Force?

Team Jade hasn’t specified Fenrir’s unlock method in the reveal. The trailer identifies it as the hidden Asgard charm and dates the series for Aurora’s launch, but it doesn’t give a price, drop rates or a way to guarantee it. The distinction matters if you’re planning to collect it: 10 November is the collection’s arrival date, with the acquisition rules still to be confirmed.

There is a recent precedent for hidden Deluxe Charms. In September, the Reorientation update added Deltaversary Gifts to the TurBrick charm series, with the Deltaversary Blind Box as its hidden edition. Those update notes also described a reconstruction system that uses existing charms as materials. That history explains why players may look to TurBrick for Asgard, but the Deltaversary rules don’t establish how Fenrir will be obtained.

Aurora’s other cosmetics take a different approach

Asgard is one of several cosmetic reveals leading into Aurora. Team Jade has also shown Proto Blade, a Deluxe Collection for the K437 that gives the rifle flowing light effects and a special inspection in which the operator draws a blade from the weapon. Fenrir’s showcase is built around a different moment: you see and hear its effects by firing and getting an elimination during play.

The season also kicks off the Phantom Blade Zero crossover on 10 November. That collaboration includes Sanguine, the game’s first two-handed melee weapon appearance, and a free G3 battle rifle skin, with two more weapon skins due on 13 November. It’s a separate release from Asgard, so the crossover’s rewards and dates don’t tell players how to get Fenrir.

What Season Aurora changes in Warfare and Operations

In Warfare, the headline addition is Zenith Port. Its Riptide event floods lower objectives and shifts the fight towards higher ground. A route that gives a squad a clear approach at the start of a match can lose its value once the water comes in, making rooftops and elevated positions more important as the battle moves. Aurora also introduces Martelo, an Assault operator whose shield charge, smoke and HE grenade give her tools to push through defended positions.

For Operations players, Brakkesh 2.0 revises routes through the existing map and adds missions tied to Ahsarah and HAAVK. Working for a faction can make its soldiers friendly, while players on the opposing side may receive orders to intercept you. Aurora also adds a limited-time AZ3 challenge in which spreading radiation reduces the safe area, putting more pressure on squads to decide when to move and when to extract.

There’s also a practical addition for anyone experimenting with the season’s gear. Firing Range 2.0 adds moving targets, timed drills and performance statistics, and lets players switch operators inside the range to test abilities. It will be a useful place to get a feel for the AN-94, Aurora’s new assault rifle, whose opening two shots fire in quick succession. For players coming back specifically for Asgard, though, the date to mark is Tuesday, 10 November: that’s when the collection arrives, and Fenrir’s exact unlock conditions are the detail to look for in the launch information.
