Genshin Impact unveils The Hunt Beneath the Silver Moon in a haunting new cutscene

The moon rises once again over Teyvat, casting a pale glow on a story shrouded in mystery. Genshin Impact has released The Hunt Beneath the Silver Moon, a beautifully haunting cutscene that explores the darker and more poetic side of the game’s world.

The short film evokes the image of a lone hound howling beneath the silver light, its cries echoing through the mist as themes of instinct, survival, and fate intertwine. It’s a visual poem — quiet yet powerful — where every frame carries the weight of longing and determination.

With stunning direction and cinematic animation, HoYoverse once again showcases its mastery of storytelling through atmosphere and emotion. The moon may illuminate the hunter’s path, but one thing is certain — the hunt is far from over.
