COMBAT
Strategic freedom is all yours. Gigantic space derelicts called megaliths bring 3D terrain into the classic Homeworld battlespace. Use the crumbling remains of an ancient civilization to funnel enemies into a brilliant ambush or hide your fleet from powerful enemies. Fortresses are complete with menacing turrets and lure your strike craft into dangerous trenches which run deep into enemy lines. But not everything can be controlled... Dangerous space phenomena, including particle storms and asteroid fields, will test even the highest ranking commanders.
Attack head-on, with an intelligent flank, or even from above and below enemies. Homeworld 3’s fully simulated ballistics make line of sight and cover critical strategic considerations. Your fleet persists on mission to mission. The damage to your ships is testament. Strike craft pilots and capital ship captains convey critical information in their battlefield conversations.

STORY
100 years ago, Karan S’Jet unlocked a vast and ancient hyperspace gate network which opened up the galaxy for trade and exploration. This was the beginning of a golden age for her people. But a darkness known as the Anomaly began to spread, swallowing gates and planets. Her people’s hard-won peace and prosperity under threat, Karan led a fleet against Anomaly in search of answers. She never returned. Now Imogen S’Jet, Karan’s successor, is the only one who holds the key to unlocking the mystery threatening the galaxy’s future.
CO-OP GAME MODE
An all-new, co-op capable multiplayer mode extends your game way beyond the campaign. Fusing Homeworld’s RTS gameplay with roguelike structure, one or two commanders take on a random series of fleet combat challenges. Manage your fleet strength in each battle and claim magnificent rewards for each victory. Based on your results, you’ll unlock some incredible powers.
PVP BATTLES
The ultimate test of tactical skill is when you battle other players. Sharpen your intuition in AI skirmish matches before immersing yourself in PvP, free-for-all, or team battles.
