The war for Demacia ignites in League of Legends Season 2026: Act 2

The call of the Kingdom echoes throughout League of Legends. Season One: For Demacia continues its journey with 2026’s Act II, a content-heavy phase designed to shift the meta, introduce new rewards, and deepen the lore of Runeterra.

A major highlight of this stage is Shyvana, who returns with a long-awaited rework set to unleash her full draconic power on Summoner’s Rift. This update is a cornerstone of the Demacian narrative push and will be integrated into Patch26.6, scheduled for March 18.

Act II also expands the Demacia Rising metagame, offering new progression paths and seasonal rewards. Additionally, a new skin line titled Warhounds arrives, reimagining champions as a specialized military force ready to defend the Kingdom.

The update schedule marks several key milestones for players. Patch 26.5 (March 4) introduces the Act II Battle Pass, the kickoff of the First Stand Tournament, and the "Requiem" Motion Comic, which continues to drive the season’s narrative forward.

Following that, Patch 26.6 (March 18) brings the long-awaited Shyvana VGU, the Warhounds Skins, and the "Winged Protector"Motion Comic, further expanding the lore centered on Demacia.

The season will continue to evolve with additional content in subsequent updates. Patch 26.7 (April 1) will feature themed April FoolsSkins, while Patch 26.6 (April 15) is set to add major rewards, such as the Victorious Braum Skin, a Mythic Skin for Master Yi, and several Sci-Fivariety Skins.

Furthermore, Riot Games has confirmed that a portion of the proceeds from Senna Warhoundswill go toward supporting League of Legends Esports teams, strengthening the bond between the game and its competitive scene.
