The atmosphere of Marathon isn't just built through high-stakes extraction and gunfire; it’s forged through its sonic identity. The track Code Race (Brendan Angelides Remix) serves as a high-octane preview for the official Marathon OST, set to drop on March 6.

This remix delivers an intense electronic energy, perfectly aligned with the futuristic and oppressive tone of the extraction shooter set on Tau Ceti IV. Brendan Angelides’ reinterpretation reinforces the sense of urgency and constant tension that defines every incursion, turning the music into a core pillar of the player experience.

The release of the full album will allow players to immerse themselves in the game’s world far beyond the match, solidifying the soundscape that accompanies every deployment. In titles like this, musical design is more than just background noise—it dictates the rhythm of exploration, the pressure of combat, and the raw anxiety of the final extraction.

With the OST launch locked for March 6, Marathon expands its reach beyond gameplay, doubling down on a cohesive audiovisual identity. Are you ready to feel the intensity of dark sci-fi, even off the battlefield?

The countdown to the soundtrack release has officially begun.
