Before the Timestream Entanglement, Angela’s sister Laussa was kidnapped by Hela’s agents, pushing her to charge into battle. But as a universe collapsed, Angela was pulled into its fall along with Heven, the Tenth Realm, where an unforgiving war between gods and demons raged. She witnessed the downfall of countless angels, including the Queen herself, and rose to lead as the new sovereign.

During her journey she crossed paths with Magik, who helped her return to her original dimension and resume her quest. After a relentless search, she finally discovered Laussa in K’un-Lun, only to uncover that Hela had betrayed the Chronoverse and was now imprisoned in the Eighth City.
