NARAKA: BLADEPOINT’s Devourer Treasure Adds a Transforming Kael Outfit and the Silent Frost Whipsword

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT’s Devourer Treasure is now available, and its two featured Extreme cosmetics change appearance as you play. Kael’s Urban Hunt·Echofold Domain outfit switches between two forms when you double-jump and triggers a special effect when you defeat an enemy. The Silent Frost Whipsword adds icy effects to specific attacks and takes on a different form outside combat. Both arrived on 5 November 2026 at 04:00 UTC, alongside a store refresh with new outfits, hairstyles and accessories.
The update gives Kael players two ways to dress the new hero. Echofold Domain is one of the random rewards in the seasonal Treasure, while the store sells the separate Void-Eater bundle with a fixed set of cosmetics. If you’re after the double-jump transformation shown in the trailer, Echofold Domain is the outfit to look for.
Kael’s Echofold Domain outfit changes form with a double jump
Echofold Domain gives Kael a futuristic streetwear look, with bright colours and punk styling. Double-jumping while wearing the outfit swaps it between Entropy and Dreadshade, so players can change its appearance during a match. The outfit also plays its exclusive Data Devour effect when Kael defeats an enemy. The patch notes list the transformation and the defeat effect separately: the jump changes the outfit’s form, while the elimination triggers Data Devour.
It’s one of several cosmetics arriving with Kael’s playable debut in the same update. The new hero, who calls himself The One Who Eats Void, gained powers he can barely control after merging his soul with Taotie. The November patch pairs his arrival with Devouring Breath, an event that lets players unlock chapters about him and earn a Devourer Treasure by completing the story progression.
Silent Frost changes the look of Whipsword counterstrikes
The other featured Extreme reward is Silent Frost, a Whipsword skin that brings ice crystals into its attack effects. The trailer leans into the frosty look, and the update notes specify the attacks affected: Counterstrike Combos and the Sap Souljade. When the player leaves combat, the weapon takes on its Aquatic Blossom form.
That makes the two Extreme rewards easy to tell apart in practice. Kael’s outfit changes on command through a movement input. Silent Frost’s appearance follows what the player is doing with the Whipsword and whether they’re still in combat. If you mainly want to see the new attack effects, Counterstrike Combos and Sap are the moves to try once the skin is equipped.
The first ten openings cost 180 Gold each
A Devourer Treasure costs 360 Gold at its standard price. The first ten openings are half price, bringing them down to 180 Gold each. The discount can’t be combined with other vouchers. NARAKA lists base drop rates of 0.6% for Extreme, 8% for Legendary and 91.4% for Epic rewards, with separate guarantees tied to the number of Treasures opened.
The Extreme guarantee awards at least one red-tier item within 100 openings. It can trigger again, and Extreme rewards won’t repeat until you’ve collected them all. The 100-opening threshold guarantees the rarity, so players chasing Echofold Domain or Silent Frost can’t count on their preferred item being the first one they receive. The Legendary guarantee starts within the first 25 openings with a hero outfit or weapon skin. Subsequent 25-opening thresholds award an unowned Legendary cosmetic, subject to the published limit of 14 triggers for the guarantee. Drawing an Extreme reward also lets you set a Legendary wish for the next time you draw a Legendary cosmetic.
Players can earn a Treasure through Devouring Breath by completing daily and weekly quests, turning in Soulmeld Elixir and unlocking all the event’s chapters. The patch also introduced two bonus Star Collections with their own deadlines: Yoto Hime’s Star – Null Pulse drop window closed on 6 November at 04:00 UTC, while the Greatsword’s Star – Null Vector can still drop until 20 November at 04:00 UTC, while supplies last. Those dates apply to the bonus items, separately from the main Treasure rewards.
The store adds Void-Eater and three Cold Front bundles
Kael’s Void-Eater Pack is listed at 2,250 Gold, down from 3,400. It contains the Legendary Void-Eater outfit, Ominous Splendor hairstyle and Ravenous Taotie hero theme. There’s also a cheaper standalone option in Heavenwoven Brocade, an Epic outfit listed at 400 Gold.
The Cold Front champion looks are sold in three separate bundles: Cinderbloom for Viper Ning, Godsgrace for Cyra and Rimewing for Justina Gu. Each pairs a Legendary outfit with a matching hairstyle and is listed at 1,800 Gold. The matching Inkthorn, Deepstar and Rimetear accessories are sold separately through the Lunar Pavilion for 240 Jade Disks each. The refresh also adds standalone hairstyles for Lyam Liu, Zenda Wu and Feria Shen.
