Vengeance strikes up close as Overwatch 2’s Season 20 introduces Vendetta

Season 20: Vendetta arrives on December 9, ushering in a landmark moment for Overwatch 2 with the debut of its first fully melee Damage Hero, Vendetta. With exceptional mobility, brutal close-range power and a burning drive to reclaim her father’s legacy, she steps into the spotlight as a new villain tied closely to Talon and the unfolding global storyline.

Competition heats up with new additions to Stadium, as Doomfist and Wuyang enter the arena alongside a brand-new China Control map. The season also resets competitive ranks, giving players fresh rewards to chase as they climb their way back up the leaderboards.

Festivities arrive through the Season 20 Battle Pass, filled with winter-themed cosmetics and 80 Mythic Prisms that players can use to unlock the Divine Desperado Cassidy Mythic Skin, blending western flair with celestial style for the holiday season.

The fan-favorite Winter Wonderland returns but with a magical twist. Mischief & Magic reappears on a festive-themed map with playful surprises, and in week three, “When Props Attack” flips the mode on its head as props gain the power to fight back.
