Erangel reaches critical conditions with Subzero’s final phase in Update 39.2

What began as light snowfall has escalated into a full-scale weather disaster. PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS rolls out Patch Report 39.2, unleashing the final phase of Erangel: Subzero and pushing survival to its limits.

The island is now hit by severe whiteout conditions, with satellites crashing across the map and turning key areas into high-risk zones. New gameplay threats arrive with the Frost Zone Bomb, while Thermal Protection Suits found at crash sites become essential gear to withstand the deadly cold for longer periods.

Beyond environmental changes, Update 39.2 also introduces a secondary password for stronger account security, alongside a new Survivor Pass and multiple Hideout and Store updates, expanding progression and customization options.
