Civilization VII introduces Silla and its path to unification

25/09/2025 - 11:05

Civilization VII adds the Silla civilization, available next week during the Antiquity Age. Players can explore the history of one of Korea’s most influential kingdoms, guiding Silla toward unification and regional supremacy.

The three kingdoms of ancient Korea, including Silla, competed for control of the peninsula for centuries, occasionally forming alliances with each other and with neighboring powers like Japan and China. Ultimately, Silla unified the peninsula in the 7th century CE, ushering in a period of architectural and cultural brilliance that lasted three centuries, until the Goryeo kingdom successfully challenged its dominance.

With this addition, Civilization VII allows players to relive Korean history, managing diplomacy, military strategy, and cultural development for a rich and educational experience set in the Antiquity Age.
