The Seraphim | 11.9 Update

New Cross-Gen Pass Updates for SMITE 2 players are coming: Starting in CA2, SMITE 2 players who purchase a Cross-Gen Pass in SMITE 1 will receive both Cross-Gen Pass skins in SMITE 2 – with no Pass progression required. The SMITE Content Creators Cup is back!

In case you haven't heard, the SMITE team has announced the SMITE Content Creators Cup. This event will allow SMITE content creators to join their communities to earn money for their favorite charities and have a unique opportunity to compete live at the SMITE studio in Alpharetta. The event is divided into four main groups: Open Bracket phase, Group Stages, LAN Qualification, and the Content Creator Cup LAN finals. Discover all the information here.

Lets’ meet Nut, the new deity of SMITE

The sky is a universal wonder in many myths, with its seemingly limitless presence surrounding the entirety of the earth in a soft blue hue. According to Egyptian legend, this protective barrier, filled with brilliant starlight, is Nut, the mother of all souls and her guide to a peaceful afterlife. Throughout SMITE's history, there has always been an omnipresent observer, instructing mortals who dare to play gods about the sagas and tales of the mythologies they represent. This figure has been known in our community as the Lady of Lore, but now, in year 11 of SMITE, she is revealed to be Nut, as she has been all along! Don't miss the Twitch drops of SWC season X!

Season X of the SMITE World Championship is fast approaching. Twitch drops will be available throughout the World Championship, as well as during the group stages from 4th-7th of January. Any player who has linked their Hi-Rez and Twitch accounts can earn rewards for following the stream. The longer you watch it, the more you earn! The big event will start on the 12th of January. The Season of Worlds Battle Pass is all about the road to the Season X SMITE World Championship! The World Champions Pass includes the new Rainbow Warrior Ix Chel and the Season 9 World Champions skin, Camelot's King Maui. Let's get to know Surtr

Surtr is a very important Jotunn in Norse mythology. He protects the kingdom of Muspelheim (or Muspel), a primordial kingdom of fire and home to the fire giants. Surtr plays a key role in Ragnarök, where he led the fire giants into battle against the Aesir, shattered the bifrost, killed Freyr, and then engulfed the world (Midgard) in flames. For SMITE's monumental 10th anniversary, it was obvious that a special god was needed to celebrate it properly. A god who embodied the traditional mythology of SMITE's main pantheons and would have a deeper meaning for SMITE players in the long run. One character has been the focal point of SMITE since its inception, but he never got to experience the true glory of battle. This being was treated like a monster. A prisoner, destined to be repeatedly killed for the sport of the gods. Surtr the Fire Giant will finally get his revenge on him. After a year of peace, the gods of SMITE have once again awakened a great force of destruction. The repeated experience of gruesome death has caused an ascension from the depths, and Surtr has been able to break free from his prison and fight against the gods of SMITE. Don't miss the SWC group stage!

The Season 9 SMITE World Championship is approaching at a breakneck pace. Also, of course, there will be Twitch drops throughout the World Championship, but also during the group stage from January 5-8! The Reaping 2022

The Reaping returns to the game once again full of scares for all those who dare to set foot on the battlefield of the gods. There will be a ton of events, deals, and awesome new skins until November 1st, starting on October 21st. You can get pumpkins by buying event skins or opening the Halloween Chest. If you get 3 pumpkins, you will unlock the Black Magic Aphrodite skin and if you get all 6 pumpkins, you will unlock the new Animated Terror Scylla skin! More information here.

Maui comes to SMITE

Maui is the main demigod in Polynesian mythology and is known for performing a number of supernatural feats that improved the lives of his people. He always carries around his magical hook, the Manaiakalani. For the SMITE team, Maui's unique cultural background and his magical hook provided a powerful starting point for his arts and his gameplay. Bonus Update

With this bonus update, SMITE gets new content and applies various bug fixes.
