Strinova is giving Cielle a new high-voltage identity with MILLION-VOLT ZAPPY, a Legendary Outfit launching on July 2.

The new cosmetic places the Grand Prix superstar in a superhero-inspired bodysuit, pushing her presentation further into the flashy, competition-themed style introduced around the current update cycle. Rather than being a standard outfit release, Million-Volt Zappy arrives through Strinova’s Cognitive Reconstruction system alongside a matching Legendary weapon skin for Surfbreak and several related collection rewards.

For Cielle players, the release is one of the most substantial character-focused cosmetic drops in the current season. The outfit is designed as a premium showcase item, with a visual theme built around electricity, speed and the exaggerated spectacle of a racing champion stepping into a superhero role.

Cielle embraces a superhero look for the Grand Prix spotlight

The trailer opens with Cielle leaning directly into the concept behind the new skin: as the Grand Prix’s biggest star, she is not settling for an ordinary racing outfit.

MILLION-VOLT ZAPPY transforms Cielle into a more stylised, high-energy version of herself, combining a superhero bodysuit aesthetic with the electric visual language implied by the outfit’s name. The design is clearly intended to be more theatrical than practical, giving Cielle a look that feels built for a headline event rather than a routine wardrobe refresh.

That fits the character’s recent positioning in Strinova’s content rollout. Cielle has been at the centre of the current season’s Grand Prix-inspired cosmetic direction, and Million-Volt Zappy takes that identity further by turning her into a full-on spectacle character.

The important point for players is that this is a cosmetic release. The Legendary Outfit does not alter Cielle’s gameplay kit, shield mechanics or weapon balance. Its value is visual, centred on the outfit’s presentation, effects and place within the larger collection.

A matching Surfbreak Legendary Weapon Skin joins the collection

Million-Volt Zappy is not arriving alone.

The same Cognitive Reconstruction event also includes the Legendary Surfbreak weapon skin, Flash Spike. That gives Cielle mains and collectors a matching loadout option instead of limiting the theme to the character model alone.

The event also features Cielle’s Cognitive Terminal, a Legendary exchange item that can be used in Cielle’s Exchange Shop to redeem selected rare rewards. According to the official update notes, players can use the terminal to claim one of four key items available through the event’s reward pool.

Both Cielle - Million-Volt Zappy and Surfbreak - Flash Spike can be obtained directly through Cognitive Reconstruction draws or selected through the exchange system once players secure the required terminal item.

This is significant because it gives players more than one route toward the main rewards. The system is still built around chance-based draws, but the exchange option creates a clearer fallback path for players who progress through the event without receiving their preferred cosmetic immediately.

Cognitive Reconstruction adds collection rewards and a limited-time exchange shop

The Million-Volt Zappy release uses Strinova’s Cognitive Reconstruction format, where players spend Memory Sequences for a chance to obtain Legendary and Epic cosmetic rewards.

Strinova is also introducing Cielle’s Collection Rewards with this event. Players can earn up to four Gift Points depending on how many of the event’s four rare exchange-shop items they collect. Those points can then be redeemed for additional rare rewards.

This creates a stronger collection incentive than a standard single-item draw event. Players who are trying to complete the whole Million-Volt Zappy set will have additional milestones to pursue, while those interested only in Cielle’s outfit can focus on the main cosmetic and exchange options.

The event’s pity count will carry over into the next Cognitive Reconstruction banner, meaning progress toward a Legendary reward is not entirely lost once the event ends. However, the set-specific pity does not carry over, and the first Legendary reward obtained can still be either Million-Volt Zappy, Flash Spike or Cielle’s Cognitive Terminal.

That distinction matters for players considering how many Memory Sequences to spend. The general pity system offers some long-term value, but anyone specifically targeting the new Cielle Outfit should understand that the event does not guarantee Million-Volt Zappy as the first Legendary result.

Once the event ends, the exchange-shop rewards available through Basestrings will be removed. Rewards redeemed through Cielle’s Cognitive Terminal are handled separately, but players should still check the in-game event page before the deadline if they are planning to use remaining currency.

A premium Cielle release built for collectors

Million-Volt Zappy is one of the more focused cosmetic releases in Strinova’s current update cycle. It gives Cielle a high-profile Legendary Outfit, a matching weapon skin and a dedicated exchange system built around completing the collection.
