Born in the 1980s, the Cyberpunk genre is set in a dystopian future where the corporations claimed ownership of everything, from basic human commodities like air to the economic system itself. Life is hard in the world of Cyberpunk, with gangs wreaking havoc in the cities and social injustice being the name of the game in the giant megalopolis that this genre features. There are examples of great Cyberpunk games that take advantage of their setting to tell incredible stories, like the Deus Ex franchise or Cloudpunk. Go back to the future with our Cyberpunk section!
