Deckbuilding

Deckbuilding is one of the most important feature — if not flat-out the most important — when talking about card games. Deckbuilding games are akin to Collectible Card Games, where every player grows and creates their own deck of cards. The difference with other card games is that in Deckbuilding games the cards are not sold in randomized packs, since the deck is built during the game, instead of before. A nice twist of the formula is that cards provide a type of game currency that allows players to buy more cards, improving their decks in the process.
