Emotional

Emotional games are what makes video games such a fascinating medium. Emotional games are unique — they make us feel something while griping the controller (and mouse and keyboard), making us feel connected to the characters and their plight. Examples of Emotional games are The Last of Us, Nier, Spec Ops: The Line or Final Fantasy VII, all masterpieces that taught us that video games go beyond the archaic "shoot, shoot, bang, bang".
