Super Cashball is back in THE FINALS with the Update 9.8.0 special event

It’s time to score some goals and get those uniforms dirty. THE FINALS launches Update 9.8.0, bringing back one of its most beloved modes: Super Cashball, available during a special weekend event. This time, it features a completely brand-new fresh field at the CA$HBALL ARENA, new team outfits, and a shiny new ball that turns every play into a pure spectacle.

The Super Cashball mode will be active for five days, featuring intense 5v5 matches where teamwork, field awareness, and timing are everything. Every pass counts, every decision can flip the scoreboard, and squad coordination is the difference between celebrating a goal or watching victory slip away in the final second.

The update is also heating up for Valentine’s Day with the arrival of the Heartbreaker ’26 Pass, a limited-time Event Battle Pass featuring two full pages of unlockable rewards. The pass is available for purchase for a limited time, but once you own it, unlock it at your own pace, combining style and celebration without losing sight of the ultimate goal: winning in the Arena.

In the Store, the spotlight is on the Fizzy Linebreaker set, a sports-inspired collection designed to make a physical statement. This set can be paired with Homecoming Reign and Homecoming Hit, creating a look that mixes competitive energy with a festive spirit.

Finally, Update 9.8.0 expands Twitch Drops with two new rewards: the Game Plan Multidevice Screen and the Iron Spiral Frag Grenade, obtainable just by watching THE FINALS streams with Drops Enabled. Two extra ways to join the Super Cashball Weekend celebration, whether you're on the field or in the stands.
