Twenty-Five New Tracks Push Trackmania Into a More Competitive Fall

A fresh set of racing lines is ready to destroy another season’s worth of personal bests. Trackmania’s Fall 2026 Campaign is now live with 25 new tracks, five internationally themed Black Tracks, a rebalanced medal curve and a new collection of Prestige Skins inspired by American muscle cars and NASCAR. The first ten tracks remain completely free for every player, while Club Access unlocks the complete campaign and its more demanding Blue, Red and Black challenges.

Nadeo has also made an interesting adjustment to difficulty this season. Gold Medals are intended to be more accessible across the campaign, including the normally intimidating Black Tracks, while Author Times on the first 20 maps have become more demanding. The result should widen the gap between simply completing the seasonal medal progression and joining the much smaller group of players chasing the times set by the developers themselves.

Twenty-five tracks cover the full difficulty curve

The familiar seasonal structure remains intact. Fall 2026 contains 25 tracks arranged across Trackmania’s established progression from accessible introductory layouts toward increasingly technical challenges. The opening ten White and Green tracks form the free portion of the campaign, while Club Access opens the remaining 15 maps and the more advanced competitive content surrounding them.

That progression remains an important part of Trackmania’s design because seasonal campaigns need to serve two very different audiences simultaneously. Newer players need tracks that teach surfaces, braking, drifting and vehicle control without immediately demanding near-perfect execution, while experienced players expect routes complicated enough to support weeks of optimization. The color-based structure allows both groups to enter the same campaign without every map needing to satisfy the same difficulty target.

Nadeo says Fall 2026 deliberately includes a wide variety of gameplay, rather than building the entire campaign around one surface or driving style. That matters in a game where asphalt, dirt, grass, plastic, wood, ice and underwater sections can fundamentally change how the car needs to be controlled. Seasonal campaigns increasingly function as condensed examinations of the broader Trackmania skill set rather than 25 variations on conventional road racing.

Gold gets easier while Author gets nastier

The most consequential structural change this season concerns the medals. Nadeo says Gold Medals should be slightly easier to obtain throughout Fall 2026, while Black Track medals in particular have been made considerably more approachable. At the same time, the Author Times for the first 20 tracks have been tightened, increasing the challenge for players pursuing the campaign’s highest traditional benchmark.

That separation makes sense given the progression changes introduced at the beginning of 2026. Blue tracks unlock after collecting ten Bronze Medals, Red tracks require ten Silver Medals and Black tracks require ten Gold Medals. Before that January update, the later tiers demanded more medals, including 20 Golds to reach Black. Nadeo deliberately reduced those barriers so more players could experience the full structure of seasonal campaigns, and Fall 2026 continues that accessibility push by making Gold itself less punishing.

Author Medals serve a different purpose. They are not needed simply to reach the next set of tracks, so Nadeo can make them more demanding without locking ordinary campaign progression behind elite-level driving. A player should therefore have a more realistic route toward seeing everything Fall 2026 contains while still finding a serious time-attack challenge waiting above Gold.

For experienced Trackmania players, that may prove more satisfying than simply increasing difficulty across the board. Obtaining Gold can remain a recognizable achievement for a broad audience, while Author Times become the point where increasingly small improvements to racing lines, gears, drifts and exits begin separating good runs from exceptional ones.

The Black Tracks travel to five new countries

Fall’s final five tracks continue the international identity system Nadeo introduced as part of Trackmania’s renewed esports structure. Egypt, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, India and New Zealand provide the themes for tracks 21 through 25, continuing the geographical journey established earlier in the year.

Winter 2026 used China, France, the United States, Brazil and Greece. Spring moved through Germany, South Korea, Canada, Australia and Hungary, while Summer represented Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Poland and Japan. Fall therefore completes a 20-country set of Black Tracks spread across the four seasonal campaigns of 2026.

These countries provide more than background decoration. Nadeo’s 2026 esports philosophy gives each Black Track an identifiable visual and gameplay concept intended to make individual races immediately recognizable to competitors and spectators. A signature obstacle or high-pressure section can become the defining moment of the map, creating something players need to master rather than another technically difficult layout without a distinct identity.

Fall’s new Black Tracks also introduce fresh 3D assets associated with their international themes. Nadeo has confirmed that the new items used in these tracks are available through the official in-game Nadeo Club, allowing community creators to reuse them when building their own maps.

Black Tracks now sit directly between campaigns and esports

The international Black Tracks have become increasingly important because they no longer exist solely as the hardest five maps of each seasonal campaign. The 2026 update connected them directly to Trackmania’s competitive structure, including the Cup of the Week and the qualification ecosystem built around major esports events.

Every Saturday at 5 PM CET, the Cup of the Week runs a knockout competition using Blue, Red or Black tracks from the active campaign. Players receive a qualification period before being divided into servers of similarly ranked competitors, after which successive eliminations reduce the field until a winner remains.

Fall’s Blue, Red and Black tracks are all eligible for those weekly events, giving the seasonal campaign a second life beyond solo medal hunting. A map that initially exists as an individual time trial can later become a knockout environment where consistency matters differently from raw personal-best potential. A risky line that saves two tenths of a second during solo practice may be much less attractive when one crash can eliminate the player entirely.

Nadeo is also positioning these weekly races as preparation for the 2027 Elite Cup, making the Fall campaign part of the transition between the recently completed 2026 competitive season and next year’s Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup structure.

The community is already helping design the next generation

That connection between ordinary players and esports is expanding further for 2027. One day before the Fall campaign launched, Nadeo opened a Black Track Identity Creative Contest, inviting the community to design signature obstacles for the 20 Black Tracks that will appear throughout next year’s seasonal campaigns and major competitions.

The brief makes Nadeo’s philosophy particularly clear. A Black Track identity should create an immediately recognizable, high-stakes moment without becoming visually unreadable or unsuitable for elite competition. The objective is not simply to make something spectacular, but to develop an obstacle whose execution can generate tension for both the player and the audience.

Fall 2026 therefore arrives at an interesting transitional point. Players are racing the final five country-themed Black Tracks created for this year while simultaneously being invited to help determine what the next 20 will look like.

Matchmaking influenced several of the new layouts

Competitive considerations extend beyond the Black tier. Nadeo specifically notes that many Fall 2026 tracks were designed with Ranked Matchmaking in mind, encouraging players to bring their campaign practice into multiplayer competition.

That has meaningful implications for track design. A technically interesting solo map does not automatically produce good multiplayer racing. Ranked tracks need enough consistency that players can realistically finish rounds under pressure, while retaining sections where superior execution generates meaningful time differences. Excessively volatile gimmicks may create entertaining one-off maps but can become frustrating when repeated throughout competitive matches.

Designing tracks around both personal time attack and head-to-head Ranked competition consequently requires a compromise. The fastest line still needs depth, but players should not feel that an entire match is decided by one obscure trick that only works consistently after hundreds of attempts.

Fall’s campaign will ultimately be judged by how successfully its maps satisfy both sides of that equation.

Prestige Skins take inspiration from American racing culture

The seasonal reward system is also receiving a completely new visual identity. Artist aqlx created the Fall Prestige Skins around NASCAR and American muscle car culture, while preserving enough common design language to keep them consistent with the wider family of 2026 Prestige rewards.

Prestige Skins are not conventional cosmetics purchased directly from a shop. They evolve according to medals earned across official activities during the season, making the car itself a visible representation of progression. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Author versions each have multiple levels, with increasingly demanding medal totals required to move through the hierarchy.

The current system counts medals from the official campaign, Weekly Shorts, Weekly Grands, Grand Enduro events and Track of the Day. Bronze progression increases every three Bronze Medals, Silver every five, Gold every seven and Author every nine, with higher tiers also requiring players to have completed the preceding Prestige rank.

That means the new Fall designs are not tied exclusively to mastering the 25 seasonal campaign tracks. A player can continue advancing the skin by participating across Trackmania’s wider rotating calendar, giving the cosmetic progression a reason to remain relevant throughout the entire season rather than being effectively completed during launch week.

Free players still receive a substantial portion of the season

The access model remains unchanged from recent campaigns. Tracks 1 through 10 are available through Starter Access at no cost, providing the complete White and Green sections of Fall 2026. Club Access is required for the Blue, Red and Black tracks and for much of the deeper community and competitive ecosystem surrounding the game.

That division gives new players enough content to understand whether Trackmania’s obsession with shaving hundredths of a second from the same route appeals to them before committing to the subscription-style Club Access model. The opening tracks may be easier than the later campaign, but earning increasingly strong medals on them can still become demanding once players begin comparing themselves with regional and global leaderboards.

The free offering has also grown beyond seasonal campaigns during 2026. Weekly Shorts, Weekly Grand Tracks and other rotating experiences provide additional opportunities to race without Club Access, while the premium tier remains the route into complete campaigns, advanced community content and more extensive online competition.

Fall closes an important year for modern Trackmania

The Fall campaign is particularly significant because 2026 has been a major restructuring year for the game. January’s large update introduced four new Vistas, Weekly Grand Tracks, Grand Enduro, Cup of the Week, revised campaign unlock requirements and the updated Prestige Skin progression. Nadeo simultaneously strengthened Trackmania’s relationship with top-level esports through the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup.

Four seasonal campaigns later, those systems now have an entire year of tracks behind them. Fall supplies the final five Black Track countries, another complete Prestige collection and a new group of maps built with both solo racing and Ranked competition in mind.

The easier Gold requirements also suggest Nadeo is continuing to adjust the balance between accessibility and mastery rather than treating January’s progression overhaul as finished. Allowing more players to reach the hardest tracks while simultaneously making Author Times tougher is a useful expression of what Trackmania increasingly wants to be — accessible enough that anyone can participate, but effectively limitless once someone decides that being merely fast is no longer sufficient.

Autumn begins with another twenty-five clocks to beat

Fall 2026 is available now, and its structure gives almost every type of Trackmania player an obvious objective. Newcomers can play the first ten maps for free, Club members can work through the full 25-track campaign, Ranked players receive another rotation of competition-ready layouts and medal hunters face a more forgiving path toward Gold followed by harsher Author Times.

Above all of that sit the five new Black Tracks representing Egypt, the UK, the Czech Republic, India and New Zealand. They complete 2026’s international set while preparing players for the competitive system that will feed into next year’s Elite Cup.

Trackmania’s basic proposition remains almost comically simple. The car accelerates, the clock starts and the player tries to reach the finish faster than before.

Twenty-five new tracks simply provide twenty-five new reasons for “faster” to never feel fast enough.
