Special Vehicles of D-Day

War Thunder has released a new update commemorating D-Day with the arrival of new special vehicles. In this expansion, players can immerse themselves in the action of World War II with a selection of iconic vehicles that played a crucial role during that day.

The update includes a variety of ground, air, and naval vehicles, each faithfully recreated to provide an authentic gaming experience. Players will take command of historical tanks, airplanes, and ships and engage in thrilling battles based on the events of D-Day.

Highlights of this update include the famous U.S. tank Sherman "Jumbo," known for its resilient frontal armor, and the British fighter Spitfire Mk.IXc, which played a crucial role in the Battle of Normandy. German vehicles such as the Panther Ausf. D tank and the tank destroyer Nashorn are also included, unleashing the might of the Axis war machinery.
