What should have been a season of joy has turned into open conflict. Holiday Havoc introduces a new Battle Pass that twists winter magic into pure mayhem, delivering a storyline driven by betrayal, fire and a fight to save the holidays.

At the heart of the chaos stand Santa Claus and gifted mechanic Charles Krampowski, once close collaborators bound by creativity and ambition. That partnership shattered when Krampowski’s hunger for recognition spiraled out of control, turning him into a destructive firestarter who brought havoc to Santa’s workshop and warped holiday magic into something far more dangerous.

With winter celebrations on the brink of ruin, Santa now faces his former ally in a high-stakes showdown. The Battle Pass sets the stage for an action-packed conflict, blending a dark festive tone with escalating tension as the battle for Holiday Ops officially begins.
