Defense operation: Atlantic Wall

The colossal invasion force of the Allied armies has gathered in the south of England, eagerly awaiting good weather to board their ship and cross the English Channel.

The navies of eight different nations have assembled a combined force of nearly 7,000 ships of all types to undertake the mammoth task of transporting the Allied armies to France.

The invasion of Normandy, also known as D-Day and Operation Neptune, will lay the groundwork for the liberation of Western Europe from Axis occupation. More information here.
