Music and naval history collide in World of Warships with a special collaboration featuring Sabaton, hitting the high seas starting March 13.

Renowned for their anthems inspired by real-world military history, the Swedish heavy metal band joins the naval combat title to deliver themed content that blends epic historical storytelling with the spectacle of maritime warfare.

One of the most anticipated additions is a special Sabaton-themed permanent camouflage for the Yamato battleship—one of the most iconic vessels in the game. This unique design allows players to sail with an aesthetic that honors both the band’s music and the game's historical core.

The collaboration also brings Joakim Brodén, the lead singer of Sabaton, into the game as a playable Commander. Players can now lead their fleet with a legendary figure of historical metal at the helm, complete with his own unique voiceover.

Beyond these highlights, the event features additional themed content inspired by the band, expanding customization options and celebrating the deep connection between epic music and the naval battles that shaped history.

With Sabaton taking center stage, World of Warships offers an experience that seamlessly fuses history, music, and naval combat. The question is simple: When the metal starts blasting from the deck… will you be ready to lead your fleet to victory?
