Hades

Hades is an incredible game — I could stop the review here, but I will continue.

Hades is an amazing roguelike where dungeon exploration meets frantic action, all coupled with a deep atmosphere and an outstanding narrative centred around multiple characters from greek mythology.

You’ll play as Zagreus, son of Hades, God of the underworld. Your main goal will be to escape the underworld to uncover the secrets behind your inception and find out who your mother is.

Throughout every playthrough, you’ll be aided by Gods from Olympus, who will bestow upon you different powers that will complement your attacks. Furthermore, you’ll have access to different mythical weapons that will make your escape easier.

Something remarkable about the game is that thanks to the countless skills every God can gift you, you’ll find many different attack combinations that will make every playthrough unique, making this game endlessly replayable. You won’t get tired of trying to get out of the underworld over and over again — in fact, you won’t be able to stop yourself from trying again.

The team from Supergiant managed to craft an incredible banger that we couldn’t recommend more since it’s a bonafide work of art.
