If you are experiencing lag issues, contact us by sending an email to customerservice@idcgames.com or by clicking here to access our support platform and send us the following information, which is necessary to study the incidence correctly.
- Traceroute:
To carry out this process you must follow the following steps:
1. Open the CMD in your Windows browser:
2. Once opened, type "tracert -d 185.80.220.133" and save the information in a text file once the process is finished.
- Country from which you are playing
- Your ISP (Internet Provider)
- Your acklog. You will find it in your Zula folder.
Steam users:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zula EU
IDC users:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IDCGames\Zula
