Dead in Vinland

In Dead in Vinland we will control a group of vikings who are shipwrecked on an unknown island. Our main objective will be to survive.

The game divides each "Round" into 3 different parts: "Morning", "Afternoon" and "Night.

Let's see an example of the game flow:

In the "Morning" we can select which task will carry out each one of the characters in the group, such as exploring, collecting water, cutting wood, making tools or new facilities... We can only perform one action with each character and the level of success will depend on the skill level of the character.

When the "Afternoon" arrives, we can decide if the characters must continue with the task or dedicate themselves to something else or perhaps, they need a break. Fatigue plays a decisive role in the game and we will have to be careful not to exceed the limits of our characters.

After the "Afternoon" the "Night" comes. In this turn, the characters talk to each other, like in a conversational adventure.

But there is still another important pillar in Dead in Vinland. During any phase of the day an event can arise and it will lead us to a combat. The fights take place in turns. Each character has different skills, statistics and, of course, an experience-based development as you would expect in any RPG.

To sum it up, Dead in Vinland is a survival roguelike game with a lot of RPG and conversational adventure. A good combination of great difficulty and that will require patience and repetition to learn from our mistakes.
