The players' Progression Points will be automatically allocated into categories such as [Shooting], [Dribbling] and [Defending] in a way that will optimise their Player Stats and maximise their Overall Rating.

In case you prefer to customise a player to fit your personal likings, you have the option to allocate the Progression Points manually.

When in doubt about how to develop the player, you can use the [Recommended] function to automatically allocate his Points.
